A: Program support is being supplied by a generous grant from the PNC Arts Alive program. PNC Arts Alive is a three-year, $1.5-million program that challenges visual and performing arts organizations to put forth their best, most original thinking in expanding audience participation and engagement. This new investment builds upon the success of PNC Grow Up Great, PNC's early childhood education funding, and advances PNC's mission of community development. Be sure to print out your ticket voucher as you will need to bring it with you on the night of your show.
Q: Where do I pick up my All Access ticket?
A: Go to the theatre box office at least 30 minutes before show time on the day of the performance you selected. You will need to present a valid photo ID and your All Access ticket voucher. The ticket voucher will be exchanged for a ticket to the best available seat in the house.
Q: What do I need to bring to the theatre to get my ticket?
A: Bring your ticket voucher and a valid photo ID. Anything with your picture and age on it will work - from state IDs to school ID cards!
Q: Can someone over the age of 25 use my other All Access ticket?
A: Yes, one other individual per order may use the $5 All Access ticket voucher when accompanying a qualifying individual.
Q: What if I’m interested in an event but don’t see it on the site?
A: All eligible All Access events are listed on this site. If you don’t see an event, it means it is not eligible for this program. However, full price tickets are likely available by visiting ticketmaster.com.
Q: How does this site interact with Facebook?
A: By authorizing the All Access app, you are allowing it to access your basic Facebook information such as your name, profile picture, and friends list. This will allow you to choose one of your Facebook friends to invite to one of the All Access events. The app will not access your private information such as your password.
Q. Is my information shared?
A: We do not share your Facebook information with any outside parties. When you complete your order, the only information we retain is your name, email address, and what you purchased.
